It is about being able to live fully, peacefully and happily. It is about finding the path that most fulfils, enlightens and gratifies us.
I am an energy therapist and guide in emotional, mental and spiritual healing processes. I am trained in Reiki, Pleiadian Healing, Energy Healing and Cleansing with the Ankh Cross and Human Design, and I have spent years helping people reconnect with their bodies, their energy and their truth. Through energy cleansing, chakra work and consciousness activation, I help release blockages and restore inner balance.
My approach is holistic and intuitive, integrating energy techniques with emotional listening and holistic work.
I first heard about Human Design five years ago in an entrepreneurship masterclass. My curiosity and passion for personal growth led me to continue learning about this incredible tool, which helped me return to myself and, above all, understand and work in harmony with my energy.
